Correctional Services Canada is planning to cut all prison librarian positions at federal institutions, in what they are calling a cost-cutting measure.

We at Write On! can attest, from our experience in answering letters from people inside, that access to information for people in prison is already extremely limited and now it is going to be reduced even further.
